Our Cancellation Policy

We are experiencing a high number of no shows/ cancellations within 24 hours at our salon.

Effective immediately a no show / cancellation within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will be billed to you if you fail to attend your appointment.

Your appointment will not be rescheduled until this fee is paid.

If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us!
